Dorzee T eye drops contain dorzolamide hydrochloride IP 2.0% + timolol maleate IP 0.5% Ophthalmic Solution as a sterile solution for topical ophthalmic use. The fixed-dose combination of dorzolamide hydrochloride and timolol brings about a compounded effect on aqueous humour production by acting on different influential factors. Dorzolamide inhibits the anhydrase enzyme whereas timolol blocks the beta receptors which are required for aqueous humor production. Dorzee T eye drops is prescribed to patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Pack Presentation: Dorzee T eye drops are supplied in a white opaque plastic dropper bottle with a cap, containing 5ml of the solution.
