Topomox KT eye drops contains Moxifloxacin 0.5% and Ketorolac Tromethamine IP 0.4% as a sterile solution for topical ophthalmic use. Moxafloxacin belongs to Fluroquinolone group of antibacterial. Moxifloxacin kills the infection causing bacterial by inhibiting the enzymes – topoisomerase II and topoisomerase IV, which play key role in bacterial cell wall formation. Ketorolac belongs to NSAID class of drug which inhibits the production of inflammatory factors which are the cause of inflammation and pain. Topomox KT is prescribed for inhibition the onset of inflammation and prevention of infection in pre & post ocular surgical cases as prophylaxis and before conducting any ophthalmic procedures.
Pack Presentation: Topomox KT eye drops is supplied in white opaque plastic dropper bottle with a cap, containing 5ml of the solution.
