Topomox DX eye drops contains Moxifloxacin 0.5% with Dexamethasone 0.1% as a sterile preservative free solution for topical ophthalmic use. Moxifloxacin belongs to Fluroquinolone group of antibacterial. Moxifloxacin kills the bacteria which causes infection by inhibiting the enzymes – topoisomerase II and topoisomerase IV, which plays key role in bacterial cell wall formation. Dexamethasone belongs corticosteroid group of drugs which helps in relieving inflammation and its related conditions like redness and irritation. Topomox DX eye drops is prescribed to treat infection and inflammation in eye and as prophylaxis in post ocular surgery as directed by Physician.
Pack Presentation: TOPOMOX DX eye drops is supplied in white opaque plastic dropper bottle with a cap, containing 5ml of the solution.
